The Department of Process Analytics examines and develops methods and techniques for monitoring and control of biotechnological and food processes – focusing on system theoretic concepts, in particular model and data driven approaches. Besides process specific studies general purpose methods for nonlinear and distributed parameter systems are developed and tested in different application scenarios.
